Resolve Knowledge Packs are comprised of 'template-based' GUI's and Wiki content. Our solution comes with a detailed event definition template library for use in defining troubleshooting steps, vendor detail information and best practices to help operations and engineering staff decide how to act once they receive an event or incident ticket.
This knowledge library is provided as a series of Wiki documents that can be updated with new vendor releases and with new observations of event occurrences. The knowledge library is dynamic in that each time a unique instance of the event occurs, associated data gathering and resolution automations can be executed and presented back to the operations and engineering personnel.
